I'm Andréa, the founder of Le Dressing des Alpilles, and I’d love to share my story with you.
Over the years, luxury Maisons became more than just an interest for me – they blossomed into a true passion. Luxury speaks to me, captivates me; it’s, above all, about the story behind each House, the exceptional pieces born from unparalleled craftsmanship. It's the epitome of refinement, the very embodiment of elegance, and a constant invitation to dream.

There's no single definition of luxury; its interpretation is deeply personal. Le Journal du Luxe, for instance, offers its own take on what luxury means. 

Separately, I’ve always had a knack for unearthing beautiful items. I've often turned to pre-loved platforms in search of that elusive treasure. Yet, I was rarely completely satisfied with the experience.
Sure, buying a pre-loved luxury item often means a more accessible price point. But alongside that, several factors can turn the simple act of buying into a surprisingly complex endeavor.
Concerns about authenticity and quality, for example. Unclear photos, signs of wear deliberately concealed. Unresponsive sellers, carelessly packaged shipments…

There are so many pitfalls that can lead to a transaction leaving a less-than-stellar impression. In my view, a luxury purchase, even when pre-loved, should always be a memorable and joyful experience.

It felt like a natural step, then, to create a project that truly resonated with me, focusing on values I’m passionate about. My own luxury consignment store – a unique space that offers everything I felt was missing elsewhere. And so, Le Dressing des Alpilles was born, aspiring to be your trusted partner. A place where transparency and authenticity are paramount. Where luxury, pre-loved finds, and seamless online shopping come together.

And why the name, you might ask?
A "dressing" (closet or walk-in wardrobe) is so much more than just storage; it’s a personal sanctuary, a place that holds our treasures. Just like Le Dressing des Alpilles, which curates a selection of some of the world's most coveted pieces – from clothing to accessories, from large leather goods to small.
"Le Dressing des Alpilles" because this luxury consignment dream began in the charming town of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, the "little capital" of the Alpilles region.
